  The one-and-only Stacy Phillips.
  
  I took a lesson from him years ago when I lived in CT. he was a quirky, really nice guy. Absolutely loved the dobro. His book The Dobro Book is a great learning tool. He had a tape/CD that went along with it with comedy bits and crazy fun stuff. He was a real character.
