At Big Music Tent, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note that returns are specifically for physical merchandise (Shop Items). For information regarding digital memberships and course downloads, please see the “Digital Products & Memberships” section below.
1. Physical Merchandise (Shop Items)
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Request a Return: Please email [email protected] to request a refund. We will assign you a tracking/authorization number.
- Mail Your Item: Mail your returned item to:

Franklin, TN 37068 - Include Documentation: Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used. These include:
- Recorded media (CDs, Vinyl)
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered.
- Items with obvious signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturer defect.
Restocking Fee
All physical items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your clothing item (e.g., t-shirt) is in “like-new” condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee for exchanges, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Digital Products & Memberships
Course Downloads & Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable courses, lessons, and digital media are final. Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Memberships & Subscriptions
As outlined in our Terms of Use, Big Music Tent membership payments are non-refundable.
- All fees relating to memberships, including initial payments and recurring renewals, are non-refundable.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before it renews.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the membership content until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Shipping Policy (Physical Items Only)
- Turnaround: All physical orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday (8 am – 5 pm).
- Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver our orders. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
- Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
- Back Orders: If an item is on back order, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order at no additional shipping charge.
